Join us for a long weekend of tasting local delicacies and trying local wines. Villa Sibillini have teamed up with two local restaurants to provide 3 nights of 5 course tasting menus to tempt the taste buds and to allow you to savour the incredible flavours of the Marche Regions local dishes and wines.
From truffles, to cingiale, Monk fish to Sea Bass, Rosso Conero to Verdicchio, vernaccia to vino cotto, we intend to show you just how much Le Marche has for dedicated foodies. During the day we’ll take you to cantinas to sample local wines, to see how mozzarella is made and how to cure wild boar and pig to make stunning cingiale salame or the soft ciauscolo salame.
We’ll throw in a trip around the magical Lake Fiastra, with lunch at a local agriturismo, who grow or rear all their own produce. The afternoon is left for you to relax or visit a local hilltop town.
This is not a formal group weekend, just the meeting of like-minded guests who love food.

Day 2 Breakfast Visit to local agriturismo to see meat curing process Lunch at agriturismo Visit to cheese making factory Back to villa to freshen up Evening meal at Urbisaglia for their tasting menu Transport back to villa
Day 3 Breakfast Transport to Lake Fiastra and local medieval town Light lunch at villa Sibillini Transport to Il Pescatore fish restaurant (Michelin Star) Back to villa
Day 4 Breakfast and depart for airport
