Getting married soon, wondering what to do on your last days of freedom? Why not book up at Villa Sibllini for the perfect hen weekend - from 3 days to a whole week. We’ll tailor make your hen weekend in Italy as one to truly remember.

Now you can get ‘Everything and More’ from your Hen weekend at Villa Sibillini.

We have been running Hen Weekends at Villa Sibillini for over four years now and we constantly developed the weekends to suit the need of our guests. Villa Sibillini is the only venue in Le Marche for hen weekends and without exception we have helped make the weekend for future brides a time to remember.

Now we are looking to improve the service for 2010 with some of the old favourites as well as some new additions, giving you more choice which means more fun. We have also developed some ideas that will allow you to remember the weekend long after it has passed, and to look back at a great time with friends and family.

We will still shape your hen weekend to suit you, and whatever itinerary you choose we will always be flexible giving you the things that are important to you.- Here is what we can offer for 2010.

Before you arrive:
Once you have booked and paid a deposit we will send you:
 A drinks menu with prices, which will allow you to pre order your drinks, to be placed in your own chillers for the period of your stay. When your or any of your group want a drink you just help your selves. This is great for budgeting as this is paid before you arrive, secondly it will save you money. All your favourite drinks can be supplied from Water to Whiskey, from Vodka to Vermouth the choice is yours.
 We will send you a list of Hen Weekend Accessories for you to choose from, all the usual stuff is on the list, from naughty chocolates through to Bride wings with an L plate, silly hats, bunny ears, saucy drinking straws to straight forward party poppers. We can even design and print T shirts for your group with any name or slogan you wish. Your order will be sent to you in the UK, ready for your journey.
 Your very own gallery on our site which will allow us to upload photos before you arrive, whilst you are here and after you have left. You can then let us have the best shots from the big day as well, giving you a long lasting memory of those two great periods in your life. We can also organise a facebook album for friends to check out your photos.

Your Arrival
We will meet you at the airport and transport you to the Villa. On arrival you will meet the team and enjoy a superb antipasti lunch with Prosecco.
 
During your Stay

Clubbing
During the summer there is one of the largest open air clubs in Europe, situated on a lagoon. Imagine dancing under the stars! This is open on Friday and Saturday nights, but be warned the club starts at 1am and finishes at 6am, so you will lose a day of your weekend in recovery! We will provide transport to and from the club.

Dining Out
For fish lovers we will transfer you to a chic restaurant that sits high on a cliff overlooking Numana Harbour and the beach, with fantastic views over the surrounding countryside. The restaurant and the food are absolutely stunning – the service incredible but friendly, and after dinner there is music on the roof, where you can take drinks from the American Bar and party until the early hours, dancing under the stars over-looking the sea. (Disco NB summer only)

Boat Trip
For parties of 12 or less we can arrange a boat trip along the coast, subject to the conditions. On board you will be served canapés and prosecco as you glide up the coast to Ancona in this elegant launch. (NB weather permitting)

Markets & Designer Shopping
Civitanova is one of the biggest markets around specialising in shoes and handbags, which can be combined with lunch on the beach followed by a few hours sunning yourselves by the sea. There are also several designer outlets to include Tods, Sakks, Tombolini and Prada.

Sightseeing
There are many wonderful places to visit to include a Lake set amidst the mountains, Caves and Grottos, Hilltop Towns and much more.

Wine Tasting
This can now be arranged at the Villa, where you can sample the local wines and enjoy tastings of local salame, cheeses and biscuits. If you prefer we can take you to the Cantina, a centre where they process and make the local wines

Local Dining
San Ginesio is a must for a truly traditional night out with a Pizza, which can sometimes be combined with a Battle re-enactment or Jousting festival.

Dining at the Villa
As ever you can enjoy a sumptuous four course meal by the pool watching the sun set

Music
Why not load up your iPods with all your favourite sounds and play them at the Villa through the docking station, there are no neighbours to disturb! We can even supply Kareoke on the Playstation – just bring your favourite Playstation Song Star tunes.

Simply Chill
If all of this is too strenuous then why not simply enjoy the sunshine in one of our many loungers, hammocks or our swinging futon (A double bed to you and me) and plunder your drinks cabinet whenever you wish.

If all of this isn’t enough to make your hen weekend very special,  we can supply two very handsome boys to attend to you all weekend.  Our boys will be on call for your every whim , they will meet you at the airport to organise luggage, and be your personal slaves for the weekend - bringing you drinks, turning down the beds, applying sun lotion and of course, carrying parcels from your designer shopping trip.  You will need to book a minimum of two for the weekend. NB Our swimming pool is normally open from May to September but there is a local indoor pool in the nearby town of Sarnano.

Terms and Conditions
Minimum of 3 nights and exclusive use for groups of 10 to 18 (sharing) 20% deposit required on booking)We realise that your hen weekend is a special occasion and will do all we can to help make it a weekend to remember, however there has to be some conditions and they are as follows:-

Regrettably we cannot offer sale or return on your pre ordered drinks
We have a minimum stay of three nights and a minimum number of hens which is set at 10. You can stay for a shorter period and have less guests but you will be asked for a premium
Our normal booking conditions apply
A 20% deposit is required on booking
The balance is due six weeks prior to arrival
Transport booked must be paid in advance
A cancellation fee may be incurred for cancellations to restaurants and other locations that need to be booked in advance
