If you’re looking for a place to stay, whether it’s a bed and breakfast, hotel or agriturismo, a cottage or a castle in the
Marche region of Italy - we’d love to welcome you to our country house. Forget the usual tourist locations of Tuscany and Umbria and
discover the REAL Italy - hilltop towns are spied around every corner, wonderful churches, museums, caves, mountains and lakes abound. This
is a perfect base for visiting with a view to buying property in Marche, enjoying a relaxing weekend break or taking a long-deserved holiday.
We will offer you a warm welcome, and guide you to the best restaurants, designer factories, Italian real estate agents as well as walks
and places to visit.
Our restored farmhouse, abandoned for thirty years is now a family-run country house offering bed and breakfast with full
restaurant, serving the best in local produce and wines. Why not wander through our website and imagine the most relaxing break
in the unspoilt and undiscovered region of Le Marche, Italy. Stroll around the garden, whilst helping yourself to fruits from
our trees or unwind by the pool overlooking the spectacular Sibillini Mountains set in national park. Bedrooms are spacious
with well appointed en-suite bathrooms and all with views of the countryside - imagine breakfast on the terrace, dinner by
candlelight watching the sun setting behind the mountains. Experience the fresh, clean air, the peaceful sounds of the
countryside and our guests say one of the best night’s sleep they have ever had.
Discover the nearby delightful hilltop, medieval town of San Ginesio, with walls and gateways intact, designated a place of
historic interest and referred to by La Repubblica national newspaper as “Un piccolo borgo delizioso” a delicious
little place. In the piazza you can watch the world go by, enjoy the locals parading - there’s even a battle re-enactment
and the incredible spectacle of the Pallio on August 15th, with medieval costumes, jousting and feasting. We are close to
Sarnano with its ‘Centro Storico’ an amazing restored old town set on the round, fabulous architecture in nearby
Tolentino, check out Treia, Pollenza and Visso. There’s Macerata with its open air opera theatre offering the best in
Italian Opera from July to August and the main city of Ancona with its historic port, complete with an ancient fort that
served for quarantine purposes and a recently restored theatre, just over an hour away. Fabulous restaurants are just waiting
to surprise you, serving everything from local meats to the freshest seafoods and if you are brave enough a seven course set
meal! There are actually two establishments close to Ancona with Michelin Stars
