It’s fast approaching that time of year when we begin searching for our all important summer holiday. A charming villa with a pool in Italy sounds like a great idea, even better if it’s in a fabulous location with stunning views, and with room for a large group of family or friends.

How about treating yourselves to a little bit of extra luxury with a villa that is fully staffed, meaning no cleaning, washing, shopping (unless its designer) or cooking. Not at all, from just €4000 per week, rising to €6000 in high season, Villa Sibillini has broken the mould for villa rental in Marche by offering you and your party, exclusive use of our small country house - it’s just like taking over your own hotel for a week. We will give you all the benefits of a hotel with the freedom of a villa, and the opportunity to discover everything that this unspoilt and undiscovered region has to offer.

The best news of all is that you decide when and what you want to do, so if you want breakfast at midday, that’s fine with us, you can eat in or eat out - you can do as much or as little as you want. We are able to cater for up to 16 guests, possibly 18 depending on the make up of your party. If you’d like, we can organise opera tickets, a jazz band and even a trip on a private boat with aperitifs along the Adriatic coastline.

Accommodation at the villa is made up of 7 spacious en-suite bedrooms all equipped with linen, towels (to include beach and pool), robes, hairdryers, shampoo, soaps as well as fans and mosquito nets in summer months. All bedrooms in the main house can be provided as double or twins and there are tea/coffee making facilities.

• Caldarola independent mini suite has a four poster bed, shower room and a private balcony with chairs and umbrella. This room has a small refrigerator plus tea/coffee making facilities.
• Sibillini and San Ginesio have stunning views across the Marche countryside to the Sibillini Mountains and have the provision for two extra beds
• Macerata and Tolentino have views across the Marche countryside and are able to accommodate one extra bed.
• Sarnano is on the top floor with undoubtedly the best views and the provision for an extra bed.
• Fiastra is also on the top floor with a skylight to see the stars. This room is ideal for children as it has limited height

The Restaurant at Villa Sibillini

Villa Sibillini provides a daily changing menu, according to season, which reflects the wonderful produce of the region, served with an international twist. You can choose from one, two, three or four courses, or for those with hearty appetites why not try our five-course tasting menu. We will seduce you with our repertoire of over fifty antipasti, before moving on to our three-cheese risotto and then a succulent beef fillet, served with a Rosso Conero sauce. Our delicious home-made sorbets and deserts are truly worth saving room for, and we will happily cook your favourite dishes – just ask when you book. Vegetarians are well catered for at Villa Sibillini as well as other special requests. We have a selection of regional wines, as well as cocktails, spirits, beer and soft drinks.

What makes our villas in Marche different to others, how about this for a refreshing change? Whilst these are not fully staffed, we are offering all of these with daily maid service to make beds (linen changed every 4 days), clean the villa and attend to any washing you may have.

You will be greeted with antipasti and prosecco by one of our team who will show you where everything is, how things work and have a basket of essentials ready for your arrival. We can also organise dvds/videos, an ipod docking station and in some cases, satellite television, plus all linen to include pool and beach towels, robes, mosquito nets and fans in summer months.

All of the above are included in your fee with no surprises at the end of your stay. Each villa will be equipped with a directory of where to shop, where to eat (our recommendations which include a Michelin Star restaurant right in the heart of Marche), places to visit with other useful information. You are also entitled to a 5% discount if you choose to eat at Villa Sibillini. In the case of emergencies we are available 24/7. There are extras available from hiring a chef and waitress for an evening or our mini bus subject to availability.
